This form is for high school team registration ONLY and should be completed by the program head.

Complete the form below, hit the SUBMIT button then pay the $250 deposit.

Once you register your team you will be sent a link for individual player registration ($85 per player).

The Fall Classic has a 20 player roster minimum.

DUE TO THE FIXED COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RUNNING THE CLASSIC

If your team has 20 or more players then the $250 deposit will be returned to your Club.

If your team has 19 or fewer players your deposit be placed toward your team fee.

A note on the three high school divisions:

1. Elite Division is the best-of-the-best teams, please enroll only your top team in the Elite division.

2. STX Division is essentially a High School B division

3. Classic Division is for non-club HS teams or younger High School Club Teams
Kindly note that the tourney directors reserve the right to move a team up or down a division to ensure the highest level of play for all the participating teams.

If you have multiple teams in your program, a separate form must be completed for each team within your program.

COACHES CERTIFICATION AND CODE OF CONDUCT

Coaches Certification. Part of your responsibility as a coach and representative of your team is to make reasonable efforts to ensure that all the players on your team are properly equipped. No player may participate without all the required lacrosse gear. Including: Lacrosse helmet, mouthpiece, gloves, elbow pads, shoulder pads and an athletic supporter with a hard cup. Goaltenders must wear a chest protector and throat guard. No player may participate who does not have a signed registration form. Code of Conduct. It is your responsibility as the head coach to make a reasonable attempt to have your assistant coaches and players follow the code of conduct. The CFLC seeks to provide a great lacrosse experience for all its players, parents, and coaches. CFLC believes that a quality organization is measured by it’s conduct and attitude both on and off the field. CFLC feels that how the game is played is even more important than winning itself. In pursuit of this goal, we have adopted this Code of Conduct and Sportsmanship policy. Players & Coaches: As a member of a team and an organization your actions reflect on your teammates and the rest of tournament. All participants are expected: To play the game for the game’s sake; for the fun of it. To treat your coach, teammates, officials and opponents with respect. To avoid inappropriate behavior during practices or games. To control your emotions. To make a reasonable attempt to attend all scheduled games. To attempt to win through your skills, effort and tactics; to always be fair. To take victory modestly and defeat graciously. To adhere to the rules of the game & confirm to the rules established by the CFLC.
