PLAYER REGISTRATION

Regardless of which team you play for, all players will be required to register individually.

All participants MUST register & pay via credit card on-line

The cost per player in 2009 is $85
Teams must have a minimum of 20 players per roster.

Registration deadline is Friday, October 23, 2009
A late fee of $10 will be assessed to all registrations receive after the deadline

Why does each player need to register on line?
1. The on line registration info is given to the college coaches in attendance

2. it serves as a waiver for our insurance co

3. our certified athletic trainers need access to this info in case of an on field emergency
